A halloween themed poem [i thought it would be rather fitting for october]

Halloween Morn

Scary Noises
BUMP in the night
Faces stained pale ghostly white
Black cats screeching
Pumpkins leering
Witches on their broomsticks, steering,
Straight into the haunted house,
Where nightmares and fears are born
It will all start on Halloween morn.

It will last until the clock strikes twelve,
Then the ghouls will retreat,
After they've scared the little kids, who've only said "Trick or Treat"
All the costumes are quite swell,
They've had no help at all,
But some people who bought their costumes, well, they're two sizes too small.
The sweets in the bags
Are gone in a few days
And some poor kids are still in the sick-bay.
All alone, in an empty field,
Stands a ghost looking all forlorn,
He says, with a hint of Halloween scorn,
"This will all start on Halloween morn.
This will all start on Halloween morn."

Phew. I thought I'd be using the word "halloween" waay more than I actually did! (Sorry if it's not too good, I've just made it up on the spot!) I only used it..one, two, three, four..five times!

Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney, released in Japan as Gyakuten Saiban Yomigaeru Gyakuten (逆転裁判 蘇る逆転?, lit. "Turnabout Trial: Revived Turnabout"), is a visual novel-type adventure video game published and developed by Capcom in Japan, North America, and Europe, and published by Nintendo in Australia. It was first released in Japan exclusively for the Game Boy Advance in 2001, and was re-released for the Nintendo DS as an enhanced remake in 2005 with touchscreen support, microphone support, and exclusive content. This version was first released in Japan, and later in North America, Europe, and Australia. The Game Boy Advance version was also re-released for the PC as Gyakuten Saiban PC, published by the Japanese company SourceNext shortly after the Nintendo DS release. A mobile phone version of the same name as the English version was released in 2007 episodically. However, only a portion of the game has been released to date.

Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney stars Phoenix Wright, a rookie defense attorney in the Fey and Co. Law Offices, owned by fellow defense attorney Mia Fey. Other characters include Maya Fey, Mia's sister, Miles Edgeworth, a rival prosecutor, Dick Gumshoe, a scatterbrained detective, Larry Butz, an old friend of Phoenix's. The game features five court cases divided into episodes. Each case flips between two game modes: investigation and the actual trial. In the investigation aspect of the game, Phoenix gathers evidence and speaks to characters involved in the case. In the trial aspect of the game, Phoenix defends his client using said evidence, cross examines witnesses and solves the mystery surrounding each case. The court perspective is usually in the third person, while the perspective outside of court is in the first person.

Since the release of the Game Boy Advance version, the series has produced many sequels and spin-offs. Two direct sequels were produced titled Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Justice for All and Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trials and Tribulations, which feature the same characters and gameplay as the original game and were also remade for the Nintendo DS, though without additional content. Trials and Tribulations is the last game to feature Phoenix as the protagonist. However, a new title has been released starring a new attorney called Apollo Justice titled Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney. Another spin-off has been announced, titled Ace Attorney Investigations: Miles Edgeworth, which will star Miles Edgeworth and Dick Gumshoe.

Halloween- Yesm, its that time of year!

As you all know, HALLOWEEN is coming up!! [insert super scary ghost noises] And, after weeks and weeks (about 20 minutes) of arduous planning to come to this conclusion:

For Halloween I will be.....

A bag of jelly beans!! In reality, I'll probably end up wearing something not quite as magnificent as a bag of jelly beans. Oh well.







This is (hopefully) what I'll look like.. Hopefully I'll look better!! Also, I have no idea who these random people dressed as jelly beans are, but aren't they cool!?







Some ideas for those who wanna make their own costumes:

Mime: wear all black, paint face white with mime lines and triangles and whatnot
Gothish ballerina: Black tutu, bright coloured leggings, boots/shoes, any top, any accessories
Witch: (Heres an idea for a witch hat hairband) Get 1 plain black hairband, cut out a piece of cardboard and shape it into a cone and a small cardboard circle underneath. Decorate accordingly, glue onto hairband, et voila!

Aanyways, I also recently saw another splendiferous movie entitled "Up"
That movie is REALLY swish! It is a loveable (or lovable??) family movie about a 70 year old man who, hungry for excitement, ties a gazillion balloons to his house and has an epic adventure, etc! (in reality it would take about that many balloons to lift one person!) I really enjoyed this movie and it's for young AND old! (Two in One Wow!) There were some funny bits, and I seriously enjoy family movies and the like.
